2026 NMWDOC Conference

The 2026 NMWDOC Annual Conference and Business Meeting

"Connecting the Dots: Water Quality and Quantity"
May 6-8, 2026
Crowne Plaza Albuquerque
1901 University Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102
Connecting the Dots: Water Quality and Quantity highlights the inseparable relationship between how much water we have and how healthy that water is across New Mexico’s watersheds. For dam owners, watershed groups, tribes, agencies, and communities, managing storage, sediment, infrastructure safety, and downstream flows directly influences water quality, ecosystem resilience, and long‑term water security.

This conference would serve as a collaborative forum to connect science, policy, and on‑the‑ground management—bringing together practitioners to share lessons learned, explore innovative approaches, and align strategies that protect both water supply and water quality in a changing climate. By fostering dialogue across disciplines and regions, the New Mexico Watershed and Dam Owners Coalition aims to strengthen partnerships and build integrated solutions that sustain our watersheds and communities for generations to come.
